Single Wills
A single will is made by one person and is the foundation of protecting your family. Our will writing advisors discuss your wishes, explain your options, and help you create a will tailored to your personal circumstances.
From £149 including VAT — price confirmed in writing before we start, and it never changes.
What a single will covers:
- Who receives your money, property, and possessions
- Naming guardians for children under 18
- Appointing trustees to manage children’s inheritance
- Specific gifts of jewellery or family items
- Choosing executors to carry out your wishes
Mirror Wills
Mirror wills are two separate legal documents for couples with similar wishes — usually leaving everything to each other, then to the children equally. They are quick, simple, and affordable.
From £249 including VAT for both partners.
Things to know:
- Either person can change their mirror will at any time
- After one partner dies, the survivor can also change their will freely
- If you have very different wishes, two separate single wills are better
- We plan for the possibility that both partners die at the same time
